Appalachian Supply Company congratulates Ellijay First United Methodist
Church, the winner of the custom built playhouse giveaway. In spite of the
cold weather, the children from Children First Preschool were eager to
welcome the new addition to their playground Friday November 5, 2010.

APPALACHIAN SUPPLY SUPPORTS LOCAL YOUTH SPORTS.
Keith Nunn, owner of Appalachian Supply in Ellijay, Georgia,
enjoyed working closely with the young men on the Blue Farm
Baseball Team during the 2009 season. In addition to Keith's
coaching efforts, Appalachian Supply also helped defray some of
the costs for the team during the season.

Appalachian Supply is happy to partner with Gilmer County
Home Builders Association working through the Georgia
General Assembly in the creation of the Gilmer County Kid's
Kottage. The purpose of this project is to develop with the
community a vision of success for children and youth exposed to
conflict. With the help of the community the Kids Kottage
Program hopes to deal effectively with the problems
experienced by children and youth exposed to conflict, who are
under court-ordered, supervised visitation in order to achieve
well-being for the children and youth involved.
