are anchored into place with #4 rebar and a minimum of 3000 psi concrete.

Besides The Obvious Fact That Our Shelters Meet and/or Exceed All FEMA and EMA Requirements, A Few
Additional Benefits Are:
* The exterior of every unit is coated with coal tar epoxy to prevent rust or corrosion. This is the same material that
the army corp of engineers require oil rigs to coat their submerged steel with.
* Our standard install requirements are written to require far mor rebar anchor points than any other unit on the
market. This is added measure to prevent floating or the possibility of the shelter being pulled out of the ground.
* All of our shelters are standard with a come along and factory applied hooks should you for some reason have
something on your shelter that was too heavy to simply allow you to roll the door open by hand, this will easily assist
in allowing you to exit your shelter.
* All of our shelters are standard with a battery powered air induction system and fluorescent light. This will assure
proper air circulation and lighting.

All of our shelter models meet or exceed to requirements to qualify for available funding and grants that are available
through FEMA, ADEM, or your county EMA. This includes:
* Certified Test Results (Texas Tech Wind, Science, Engineering, & Debris Impact Test)

All shelters are constructed entirely with steel. The lids are 1/4" steel plate and can withstand vehicle traffic. The

Our steel underground storm shelter for the outside of your home is currently in engineering and will soon be going
through testing, and then to production. We expect to be fully in production and installing these units by the first part
to middle of August. For ordering purposes and applying for your FEMA/EMA grants, you CAN APPLY for funding
now if you plan to purchase an outdoor unit. Use the same information that you would use for our steel garage units.
The size of the outdoor unit will be 6' wide x 8' long x 6' tall. This unit is suitable for 12 adults. Like all of our products
it is solid steel, installs completely underground, and has the same interior and exterior finishes that our other
products are standard with. Pricing Pending.
